Operations Coordinator future store manager.

The role in one paragraph
Heel Quik is looking for an Operations Coordinator who will begin by learning our customer service and intake process, with a clear path toward becoming a Store Manager and Operator, so that our cobblers can focus on the art of cobbling and delivering exceptional quality to our customers.
This is not a traditional retail position.
You'll start by learning our business from the front counter, but over time you'll gain exposure to operations, customer experience, production management, quality control, team coordination, and business management. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a small business and eventually help lead it.
Phase One
What you'll do initially.
Your first 60 to 90 days. The front-counter rhythm: greet, intake, quote, hand off, follow up. The foundation everything else builds on.
- Welcome customers and perform intake consultations
- Answer phones, texts, and customer inquiries
- Manage customer pickups and payments
- Track repair orders through production
- Follow up with customers on order status
- Open and close the store
- Assist with merchandising and retail displays
- Support daily operations and organization
Phase Two and beyond
As you grow, you'll learn how we run.

Schedule
Four days. Three off.
Friday through Monday. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are yours. A schedule that gives you back the middle of the week.
What we're looking for
The kind of person we're after.
Retail, hospitality, restaurant management, assistant manager, office coordinator, and customer service experience are all welcome. You do not need shoe-repair experience.

Compensation
Pay grows with the role.
Training period
$12 – $14 / hour
