Four generations of cobblers — Alex grew up in his father's shoe-making factory in Russia and spent decades honing the craft across Europe, Australia, and the US before landing at Lenox 15 years ago. He's our designer specialist: the hands behind the red-bottom silicone seal and every precision repair others won't attempt.

If a repair seems impossible, Alex has probably already done it twice.

Specialty Color Matching & QA

An Atlanta native with over 12 years' experience in customer service and business operations, Megan joined Alex in May 2025 and quickly also became the shop's detail work specialist — handling custom color matching, finishing line work, and quality assurance from the inside out.

Fun fact

Went from managing corporate IT accounts to custom-matching Louboutin red. On purpose.

At Heel Quik Since the '80s

Specialty Classic Resoling

Part of the original Heel Quik crew at Lenox since the 80s, Raymond has nearly 50 years in shoe repair and is the definitive authority on leather resoling for men's dress shoes and boots. He also happens to be a mechanic — which means he keeps the equipment running too.

Fun fact

You know Raymond's in when you hear reggae and the old-school machinery start to rumble.

Specialty Service Advisory

Joshua joined Heel Quik with experience as a shoe repair service advisor and a background in retail footwear, leatherworking, and shoe repair apprenticeships. He enjoys helping customers evaluate repair options, understand the value of quality footwear, and make informed decisions about caring for their favorite shoes.

Fun fact

Three years selling shoes before picking up a cobbler's knife — which means he can tell you if a shoe is worth fixing before he touches it.

Relation Megan's Mom

Neva staffs the order pickup counter, handles intake on common repairs, and loves to admire the variety of shoe styles and fashion choices that we get at Lenox.

Fun fact

Neva is originally from a small town in Indiana, so loves to small talk with customers just as she would with friends.
