Yes — Lenox Square has thousands of free parking spaces. The garage entrance nearest to us is the Bloomingdale's Deck on Level 2, off Peachtree Road. Park there and you walk straight through Bloomingdale's into the Plaza, past California Pizza Kitchen, right to us.

Yes, leather and suede shoes, boots, and handbags. Fabric items typically won't take dye unless they were made for it. We mix custom colors by hand, and we're honest about the match: getting an exact match to an existing color is difficult. For small scuffs and partial touch-ups we usually recommend re-dyeing the full item so the finish reads evenly. Sneaker painting is a separate service and process.

Yes. Return shipping is always free and includes $1,000 insurance. We text you tracking and photos of the finished work before it ships back.

When you approve the initial quote, we hold your card — we don't charge it until after we receive and inspect the shoes and you approve the final price. If anything changes after inspection, we text you for re-approval before proceeding. You're never charged without a second confirmation.

1–2 weeks is typical for most jobs once the shoes arrive. We text updates during the process and photos when the work is done.
