How long does sneaker cleaning take?
Deep cleans are usually about a week, often faster when the queue is light. Midsole restoration and paint work depend on cure time — typically 1 to 2 weeks. We text you with progress photos and let you know when they're ready.
Will it damage the suede / mesh / knit?
No. We clean by material, not by formula. Suede gets brushed and conditioned, mesh gets a foam treatment that won't bleed, knit gets a gentle hand wash. Twelve years on the bench cleaning shoes means we've seen every material and know what each one can take.
Can you make my yellowed midsoles white again?
Yes — midsole restoration is one of our most-requested services. The pair will look closer to deadstock than it has in years. UV-exposed yellowing on Air Force 1s, Yeezys, Air Maxes, Jordans, all of them.
What if my pair needs more than cleaning?
